We want you to love your color, but if something isn't right, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair dye or lightener kits that have been opened.

Return Process

  Ensure your products are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased directly from our website within the last 30 days.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items. Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
